Returns & Exchanges Policy for Shirts for Nerds - by freaq design

At Shirts for Nerds, we're passionate about bringing you high-quality apparel with unique sci-fi and pop culture references. Each item is custom-printed especially for you by our trusted print providers upon order. This "made-to-order" approach allows us to offer a large selection of designs without holding large inventories, which is great for the planet and ensures you get a fresh, unique product.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage during shipping. We kindly ask that you review our size charts carefully before placing your order.


Eligible Returns (Damaged/Defective Products Only):

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is otherwise defective, we sincerely apologize! We are committed to ensuring you receive a perfect product.

To report a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: You must contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@freaqdesign.com.

     

  2. Provide Proof: In your email, please include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear photo(s) showing the damage, misprint, or defect.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  3. Review & Resolution: Our team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. In some cases, we may offer a full refund to your original payment method. You typically will not be required to return the defective item.


Non-Eligible Returns:

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Buyer's Remorse: This includes disliking the design, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong size, color, or product. Please double-check your order before confirming.

  • Customer Error: If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and the package is lost or returned to sender, we cannot issue a refund or free replacement. Re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Worn or Washed Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Items Damaged by Customer: Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or improper care.


Shipping:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For eligible returns due to defects or damage, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.
